In the app
- Open the profile button in the top-right corner of Home.
- Select “Profile.”
- Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.
- If you signed in with Apple, complete Apple’s system confirmation so Compass can revoke access while deleting your data.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@compath.world from the address associated with your account. To protect your data, we will ask you to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
We delete your Compass profile and associated server data, including saved places, trips, preferences, and synchronized content. Device-local data can be removed by deleting the app.
What is outside your Compass account
Deletion does not close your Apple ID, Google, or Nexus account and does not cancel partner orders. Contact the relevant partner about its data or purchases. Some records may be retained longer when required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
